Conflict Management is a subject I find myself discussing fairly frequently with clients. It is something few of us excel at or particularly enjoy, but it's a natural part of managing any relationship: There's a reason these types of interactions are commonly identified in articles and books as 'difficult conversations'. Passive Aggressive behavior is a common type of conflict found in the workplace, characterized by indirect resistance, or indirectly expressing hostility towards another person.
