Engaged with Managing Partner at Professional Services Firm to improve interpersonal skills/effectiveness at all levels of the organization. Results; through raised self-awareness, client was able to appreciate how his intention and impact were misaligned, and adopt more sustainable approaches to building long term relationships, demonstrate a more authentic presence and with this new mindset, successfully assumed a more strategic role, playing a critical part in driving the business and revenue growth.
Engaged in coaching a newly appointed EVP at large distribution business to master the transition from regional to national operations. New role required the Client to lead former peers, foster a more strategic mindset, set and manage new priorities. Results; by developing a series of 90-180 day transition goals, client was able to embrace the changes required, demonstrating accelerated performance, gaining the early confidence of CEO and Board in their choice for succession.

Coached Chief Creative Officer in Financial Services Industry, to enhance critical business skills of planning and communication. Results; client developed new routines to communicate upwards and sideways to keep boss/colleagues informed on key initiatives plus techniques for better prioritization and time management. Result: Reshaped relationship with direct boss, changed perception with colleagues and after 12 months was asked to lead additional functions.
Coached Head of Manufacturing for Pharmaceutical Company. Client was asked to work on executive presence, personal branding and building trusted relationships with Peers. Through working together to build self-confidence, and taking the time to better understand other functional responsibilities, client was able to adopt a more effective coaching style of leadership, and create an environment for greater collaboration. Result: Took over as General Manager, lead her former peers, and steered the site through a period of tremendous change.
Engaged with CFO in Financial Performance Technology Company to build executive leadership presence, specifically to demonstrate succession readiness for role of CEO. Results: Client developed a more impactful and focused communication style and an authentic presence across a variety of situations internally, externally and with the Board of Directors. Client fully adopted a c-Suite leadership mindset and was promoted to the role of President for the organization within 18 months.
